  We are an independent engine shop with a background of over twenty years in the business located in Mooresville, NC.  Our history includes doing Bush Grand National Engines since 1995.  Some of our more known customers include Ward Burton, Tony Stewart, Jeremy Mayfield and Elton Sawyer.  Prior to this, we focused our efforts on the Charlotte Sportsman Series and Late Models.  Some of the customers we had in those divisions were:  Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Kerry Earnhardt, as well as, Mike Skinner.  In the year 2000, I decided to put my business on hold after an offer I received from Randy Dorton at Hendricks Motor Sports.  My position there was two fold – to run and oversee all dyno operations, as well as, doing research and development in a specialized dyno cell.  Through this position, I developed quite a network of resources both with General Motors and the Hendricks Organization which we employ in our race engines to date.  After two years with the Hendricks organization, I felt the need to restart my business with the proposition of building Chevrolet Engines for the newly formed Daytona/Prototype Series.  We realized great success with a Championship in the Inaugural year of 2003, as well as, winning eight major races and also winning the 24 Hours of Daytona in 2004.  Our shop is well staffed and fully equipped to do research and development in depth.  We have a complete Valve Train Analysis System in place which includes a Spintron, complete Dyno Facility, as well as, Wet Flow Benches and Hot Honing Equipment.
